We are building a platform to help landlords manage annual rental property registrations and stay on top of their compliance obligations. This policy explains what information we collect on this waitlist page, why we collect it, and what choices you have.
When you join our waitlist, we collect the email address you submit through the sign-up form. We do not currently collect any other personal information via this page, and we don't use cookies or tracking scripts.

Waitlist submissions are processed by Formspree, a third-party form processor, and stored securely until we import them into our own systems ahead of launch. We only ever use this data for the purposes described above.
We retain waitlist email addresses until either the platform launches and you become a registered user under our full terms of service, or you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first.
As the platform develops, this policy may be updated to reflect new features or data practices. We'll post any changes on this page and update the "Last updated" date above.
